Are you sick of losing customers and your network marketing online business?
I am Jo Mould, and this is a topic that I’m incredibly passionate about because we all know that customers are the lifeblood of any business.
So I have five years experience in the online space, and I absolutely know that customers are king. What I found though, when I worked in traditional network marketing, was that more often than not, customers, they don’t really love being locked into an auto-ship, locked into any specific buying period. I moved myself and my team to a different business model a few months ago. And one of the reasons I moved was literally because of this, that customers are king. And if you want to create a leveraged income that’s going to pay you over and over again in the future, you need your customers to be buying from you every month. So we require customers to be buying every month.
That also means that we need products that customers use every day, everyday consumables. We need a product range that is also broad, so that customers – when they jump into their beautiful online store, there’s always something that they want. What we also need, I have found a business model where the company communicates with our customers on our behalf. Literally sending them communication via email or app based on what their buying preference is, their order history is. To me, this is absolutely everything.
Personally, I was burnt out in the network marketing space. I was sick of losing customers. I was sick of receiving emails that my customers or my down line customers were turning off their auto-ship. And more often than not, when I had conversations with those customers, it was because they were sick of being locked in.
